Mansbridge & Balment are delighted to announce their newly formed partnership with local estate agents Ireland Weller. The fastest growing and most successful estate agency group in their region, Mansbridge & Balment provides professional estate agency services to its clients through high profile marketing supported by experienced and local staff. With a company ethos of delivering only the best service, Mansbridge & Balment have thrived throughout a turbulent market, with four new offices being successfully opened in the last three years. Led by director Mark Keane, the company are extending their services into the South Hams, and by incorporating Ireland Weller, a successful and well established company for some 30 years in the region, the services being offered to their customers will be second to none.

Mansbridge & Balment recently launched their own TV website ‘mandb.tv’, the first of its kind to the South West, of which all their vendors will benefit from walk through videos with narrated descriptions. This is in addition to professionally produced colour brochures with floorplans, increased marketing through local media and a network of national website portals such as rightmove.co.uk, primelocation.co.uk and findaproperty.com.
